When an athlete asks us to document a prep, the temptation is to only show up for the dramatic bits — peak week, the tan, the stage. But a transformation film only lands if the audience saw the grind that earned it.

The schedule

We shoot a short session every two to three weeks: one training block, one posing practice, one check-in. Fifteen minutes of usable footage each time. By the end we have the arc without having lived in the gym.

Shoot the Tuesday sessions nobody remembers. That is the film.

We lock the framing and the lens early so the physique change is the only thing moving between clips. Same corner, same 35mm, same light. The consistency is what makes the side-by-side hit.
