How far ahead should I book?
We only take on a limited number of projects each season, so every one gets full attention — reach out as soon as you have a date, especially through comp season.
Do you travel outside Metro Vancouver?
Yes. The package pricing above covers the Metro Vancouver area — for a show or shoot further out, travel costs apply and we'll quote that alongside your package.
What currency are your prices in?
Prices follow the currency of wherever the shoot is taking place — USD for a shoot in the US, CAD in Canada, and so on elsewhere. The packages above are priced in CAD for Metro Vancouver.
How long until I get my photos or film?
Show-weekend coverage comes back as a same-week highlight film plus your full gallery. For other packages, we'll confirm a timeline when you book.
Is on-stage photography included?
No — every show package covers backstage and behind-the-scenes only. On-stage photo and video is its own package (see above) if you'd like it added.
Do you shoot weddings, events or studio work?
Yes, on a limited basis. Those are quoted per project rather than packaged — send an enquiry with your date and details below and we'll follow up.
How do I actually book?
